To maintain a smooth experience for everyone: ⌚️BUSINESS HOURS & LATE NIGHT / BEFOR & AFTER-HOURS FEES Business Hours: • Tuesday & Thursday: 9 AM – 8 PM. • Wednesdays: 10 AM - 6:30 PM. • Friday & Saturday: 12 PM – 6 PM • Sunday & Monday: Closed After-Hours / Early Request Fee: • Any appointment requested outside standard hours but not extreme late → +30% premium • Examples: Before 9 AM weekdays, after 6 PM weekdays, or after 6 PM weekends (by approval only) Late-Night / Extreme Hours Fee: • Any appointment extending past 8 PM on weekdays → +50% premium • Weekend sessions past 8 PM → +50% premium (by approval only) 📌 MOBILE MASSAGE TRAVEL POLICY To ensure a safe, professional, and fully prepared mobile experience, the following travel fees apply: • Mobile Service Fee: $15 flat (covers equipment loading, setup, breakdown, and on-site preparation) • Mileage Fee: $0.70 per mile (round trip) from Monroe, NC • Extended Distance: Locations over 30 miles may require an additional long-distance charge or pre-approval. • Parking / Gate Fees: Client is responsible for any building access, parking, or community gate fees. ⏰ LATE ARRIVALS • Sessions will end at the originally scheduled time, regardless of arrival time. • Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late without notice will be considered a no-show and charged 100% of the service cost. • If you’re running late, please contact me ASAP so we can adjust accordingly if possible. ❌ CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a 50% fee. • No-call/no-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 4 hours notice) will be charged 100%. • Fees may be waived only for true emergencies, with a 2-strike limit. ⚠️ REPEAT VIOLATIONS Clients who have 2 no-shows or 2 back-to-back violations (including late cancels/reschedules) will be temporarily suspended from booking for 3 months. Clients with 3 late cancellations (non-consecutive) may face a 1-month booking hold. My goal is always to respect both your healing journey and the integrity of my schedule.
