CANCELLATION POLICY
I charge a 50% cancellation fee for cancellations less than 24 hours from appointment time. No-call, No-shows and last minute cancellations will be charged 100%. ONLY if a real emergency will the fee be waved, but at a ‘Two-Strike’ limit. (3)Back-to-Back cancelations/reschedules will result in exclusion from my services for a total of 3 months.
